The Nutanix?€?Revenue Enablement?€?team delivers a strong influence on the success of each internal sales team and partner sales teams. We ensure success by producing relevant, targeted sales, technical sales, and product-related training assets and content for our internal and partner customers.  We do this by collaborating between trusted members of the Sales org, Pre-Sales org, Services, Product Management, Support, and Marketing to deliver on a defined curriculum. 

Revenue Enablement has a need for an Enablement Delivery Project Manager to support production and delivery of curriculum and events as defined by the Global Curriculum Manager and Stakeholders. 

Your Role
The Enablement Delivery Project Manager (EPM) is responsible for bringing 4-6 curriculum projects to market at any given time, on a rolling basis. The EPM is a hands-on individual with a combination of business, critical thinking, and technical skills.?€? The EPM will manage responsibilities and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders and resources. The right candidate will be a self-starter who has previous experience working in global organizations. 
• Develop relationships with subject matter experts and field resources, enabling future collaboration 
• Responsible for managing the assembly of small teams of SMEs and enablement resources into workstreams to define and outline knowledge requirements for given areas of knowledge, as defined by the Global SE Curriculum Manager. This includes collaborating with the SMEs and stakeholders to define necessary business outcomes, target personas, and persona experience. 
• Manage the process of creating assessment questions relevant to the curriculum using SMEs and Sr Field Resources. 
• Define the required sequence of enablement production in collaboration with the Global Curriculum Manager and relevant stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with the Enablement Programs team to track content production relative to the curriculum. 
• Assist with production of knowledge sessions at Revenue Enablement run events.  This will include tracking the life cycle of delivery of session content as defined by the Revenue Enablement leadership. 
• Track and ensure resource availability and allocation relative to the sequenced enablement curriculum projects. 
• Ability to develop project plans to monitor and track the status of Projects.
• Deliver Curriculum Delivery status reports and presentations.
• Craft and maintain project documentation as defined by Enablement Programs.

 
What you will bring
• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management. 
• Project planning and scheduling skills.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
• Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Working understanding of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.

Nice to have
• Experience interacting with Sales Engineers
• Internal customer relationship management experience (i.e. sales, pre-sales, advisory services) is a plus.
• Knowledge of technology products – Virtualization, Data Centre, Hybrid Cloud a plus
• Background working for a technology company or Software company

Compensation: 50-57.83 Hourly W2
