Responsibilities
• Support development and implementation of policies, processes and procedures for supply chain execution and ensure regional alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives • Work with supply chain expertise to identify short and long term opportunities for process improvement and optimization • Proactively drive change management to identify gaps in internal and external processes • Proactively drive efficiency and quality improvement, while eliminating non-value-add activities and reducing cycle times • Share relevant insights and solutions cross-functionally to ensure operational processes and plans are evolving to meet future business needs • Evaluate and monitor adherence to policy, educate stakeholders on policy compliance and support the remediation and resolution of issues • Review, update and maintain existing policies, processes and procedures

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, construction management or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 5-7 years of supply chain related experience required

Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is • Process and governance team – Infrastructure supply chain - focusing on processes and training – This is a new team that is working on streamlining processes and governance.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to • Processing – understands supply chain form start to finish – evaluations, procurement related – we need them to start looking at templates and forms and collect data to analyze and map out a process. We need a data cleanup – understanding of supply chain process
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of • Mixed bag – gathering data, mixed bag, 70/30 independent documentation and workflows.

Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required: overall years of experience in the field.
• 7 years of experience
• Degrees or certifications required: degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• Prefer supply chain degree or CPM certification 

The ideal resume would contain :
• Someone that has managed RFQ, RFP, from issue, evaluation to award. They understand the process. Looking for someone who understand construction or in a build type role (data center).
• How they interpret the data and develop their RFP process. How did they map the data to find nuances and commonalities.

Compensation: 40-42.59 Hourly W2 (Open to C2C)
