Data Entry

Inputs Alpha/Numeric data.

Inputs, interprets and verifies data from/into spreadsheets, ESRI, Maximo and/ or other applications.

Knowledge of MS Excel required; requires basic knowledge of spreadsheets.

Proofs work for accuracy and completeness.

Prioritizes work by coding and sorting.

Corrects errors during visual inspection.

Maintains accurate records.

Generates reports on inputted data.

Requirements:

Ability to use 10 key adding machine.

Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour.

Good mathematical ability.

Good item processing skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to follow instructions.

1 year experience required.

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
