Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitate ideation and brainstorming
• Design 3D interactive experiences and solutions with and for customers • Create storyboards, concept art, and presentations • UI design, UX flows, wireframes • Design and create 2D assets • Support project scoping and task definition for design • Conduct design research, as needed
Candidates must be submitted with a portfolio attached or linked in their resume. The best portfolio showcases a keen eye for detail and strong visual graphic skills. They also provide insight into the whole design process from end to end.

Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is building product proof of concepts for large enterprise customers.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to The team is looking for a product designer with UX/UI experience that can jump into any medium and produce high level concepts and prototypes. Someone who can think end-to-end through a project journey, starting a project from blurry ideation stage and transform concept through iterations through final designs 

• This role will be pulled into current projects and fully own future new projects, handling up to 2 projects at once.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of working closely with the Technical product manager and main developer, jump into project to do scope work, decide what customer is looking for, run a workshop, synthesize insights into designs, explore personas, wireframing, build prototypes, and finalize a project working closely with developers.
• Number of meetings depends on project, likely 20-40% of their time will be in meetings and remainder heads down

Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required: 8-10+ overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Disqualifiers: Candidates without a portfolio or samples of their previous work will not be eligible for the role.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous experience working in gaming/game design and/or creating 3D art.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on engagement with customers and colleagues, speed of delivery, work promptly and with good quality, self direction, and ability to work with ambiguity.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 8+ years experience with Figma 2. Minimum 6+ years experience with Unity and/or Unreal 3. Minimum 6+ years experience with running and facilitating workshops.
