Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Microsoft certifications preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Desktop Support. Experience in supporting GMP environments is advantageous.

 

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot various computer platforms and hardware/software, including Windows, Macintosh OSX, iOS devices, tablets, desktops, laptops, etc.

Provide support for hundreds of enterprise and department applications.

Configure basic network settings such as LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN.

Install and upgrade software and operating systems.

Support video and audio conferencing requests as needed.

Troubleshoot networked and local printers, including Honeywell/Intermec/Zebra Bar Code printers and Smart Scanners used in Automation and Manufacturing.

Identify and resolve hardware and software application conflicts.

Perform hardware upgrades and arrange for repairs/re-images when necessary.

Manage the opening and closing of tickets, as well as the assignment, tracking, and completion of incidents/requests.

Ensure the delivery of services meets Service Level Agreements in a 24x7 business critical environment.

Propose process improvement initiatives and assist in identifying and implementing innovative solutions for customers.
