This resource will play a pivotal role in the shaping of our overall sales processes and capabilities. With the rapid growth Nutanix is achieving, we need to optimize and transform the revenue operations processes and capabilities to scale with business.
This position requires a strategic approach with the ability to articulate the strategy into a roadmap that can then be delivered. You will need to have the ability to tell a “story” that aligns to business optimized outcomes. This is a highly visible role that will partner with senior leadership, BI Team, Business Applications, Legal, Finance, Product Management, Marketing and other business partners across Nutanix to drive sales efficiency and operational excellence.
The business strategy will need to be translated to an executable roadmap of capabilities. Each wave of work will need to be thoughtfully documented and agreed to by a cross functional team. Progress will be measured by delivering incremental capabilities that can also be measured with data showing a positive impact on the business. Positive impacts could be but not limited to: reduced costs, simplified processes, speed and efficiency in execution and improved customer experience.
You will lead complex cross functional programs making sure that they meet all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, designing, deployment and adoption. You will manage company and third-party efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
You possess relevant subject matter knowledge across the sales process including Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, CRM (Salesforce) and the overall end to end subscription sales process. You will provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will lead large and small, cross-organization, cross-regional teams.


Responsibilities:
• Support system and process redesign for enhanced scalability, increased sales productivity, and streamlined operations to facilitate scalable business growth.
• Collaborate effectively across businesses, functions, and regions to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather insights from diverse stakeholders involved in projects.
• Design and develop project transition dashboards, integrating key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for real-time progress tracking.
• Ensure dashboards offer visibility into project milestones, risks, and overall status.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations summarizing project transition progress, key achievements, and potential concerns.
• Translate business issues into clear, detailed, and structured requirements.
• Indirectly manage large, cross-functional teams to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate globally to develop and advance key initiatives, optimize business processes, design policies, and drive innovative solutions.
• Manage stakeholders and define milestones, ensuring follow-up on action items for completeness and alignment.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to expanding the knowledge base within the area of expertise.
• Structure analytical approaches, develop project strategies, and tactics.
• Develop meaningful measurement systems to confirm the impact on business.
• Collaborate across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy and direction.
• Ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualification and Experience
• 5+ years of business experience, including a proven track record of performance in sales platforms and program/project management.
• Positive attitude along with a passion for the business and data.
• Experience with end-to-end sales processes and tools
• Superior problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate ideas and requirements from sales leadership into a documented process with defined timelines
• Engage relevant resources to turn requirements into tangible programs that drive meaningful business outcomes.
• Excellent communications skills and a high level of comfort collaborating with both sales and data minded cross functional team members.
• Ability to articulate Sales Operations practices – Channels, Inside Sales, PreSales, Renewals, Compensation, etc
• Exceptional analytical, reporting, data manipulation, problem solving and Business Intelligence skills with attention to visual & design nuances in analysis presentation
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Clari and CPQ tools are a plus.
• Detail-oriented but can also see the big picture. Can crunch the numbers and clearly articulate the key takeaways in an executive summary. Tell a “story”
• Comfortable working with diverse global counterparts
• Proficient in PowerPoint, and able to build professional, executive worthy decks.
• Ability to quickly pivot and thrive in an agile environment and meet critical deadlines.
• Must be able to coordinate decisions across multiple stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple projects and initiatives in varying size and scope simultaneously.
• Ability to manage a meeting end-to-end: agenda, presentation, strong written and verbal skills, note taking and follow through on actions and deliverables.
• Self-Directed individual who will seek out information as needed to achieve the right outcomes.
• Comfortable operating with limited resources and doing hands on work to get the job done.


Compensation: 45-48.98 Hourly W2
