Senior Marketing Manager, Nurture Programs
• Workday is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead nurture programs across multiple industries and personas. The successful candidate will work across the buyer's journey to create email centric strategies that drive market awareness and brand love, and ultimately drive qualified leads through the pipeline. You will partner closely with campaign and omni-channel teams to understand top performing content and channels, as well as the marketing automation team to execute on a shared email nurture vision.

• Work with persona and industry campaign leaders to understand overall campaign themes, priorities, and content across the buyer's journey
• Optimize email and omnichannel nurture strategies, while managing timely creation, execution, and prioritization of programs
• Partner closely with marketing automation and campaign teams to align and execute on email nurture programs including resourcing, timelines and roadmaps
• Partner with corporate sales development and sales operations to manage integration and alignment between marketing nurture programs and outbound email channels leveraged by sales (Outreach)
• Create email nurtures that span the buyer's journey including buying center and industry campaign nurtures, event nurtures, and more
• Be a data advisor for campaigns you are supporting -- analyze data and report on email performance
• Improve email performance through content testing and asset optimization
• Project manage multi-buyer strategic framework initiative -- aligning stakeholders from campaigns, marketing automation and omni-channel teams to outline requirements and testing framework

• 6-10 years experience in email marketing, integrated marketing, or campaigns
• Proven ability to execute email marketing programs on both a strategic and tactical level
• Strong understanding of how to leverage and optimize marketing content for conversion across the buyer's journey
• A cross-functional collaborator who thrives on working with a variety of teams and stakeholders
