Job Title: Legal Operations Coordinator

Duties: Primary responsibility includes data entry of legal contracts in our Contract Management System by reviewing the contract to identify key metadata, complete file upload and data entry fields to contracts, and maintain a tracker of all contracts that have been migrated. Other duties also include supporting various functions of legal operations and performing data entry administrative tasks.


The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick response or turnaround; be efficient in ambiguous situations, and have a passion for accuracy.The candidate will possess the ability to pursue projects to completion with minimum input or direction, take initiative in creating and improving work processes, and work effectively on a variety of simultaneous projects. The candidate must exercise a high level of professionalism, integrity, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company.

Responsibilities include:


Review and electronically file contracts with accurate metadata for 3,000~~@~~ contracts in Google Drive and email Copying legal language from contract template into the system to create clause library Conduct database searches if contracts have parent / child agreements that are not in the related folders.

Often works with minimal supervision


Skills: Basic Qualifications


2 years of operations, program or project management experience

Experience with Google Suite (including Google Drive, Sheets, and Gmail)


Preferred Qualifications


Comfort with learning new programs and software Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts and thinking big to solve problems Has experience meeting deadlines Records management experience is a plus Legal administrative experience is a plus BA/BS is a plus




Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree, with 4 years of work experience At least 2 years of work experience, data entry experience would be helpful
