This role will be responsible for the day-to-day support of influencer & social campaigns.
WHAT YOUR IMPACT WILL BE:
Execute end-to-end campaigns from briefing through influencer selection, execution, and measurement.
Research and create influencer list for both earned and paid activations that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
Support with sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and communication with influencers.
Ensure final creative and integrations are consistent with the brief and meet legal standards.
Partner with legal for contracting and negotiations of influencer deals.
Manage influencer invoicing and payments accurately and on time.
Manage execution of earned influencer giftings, including concepting seeding kits, managing lists, and overseeing gifting fulfillment.
Monitor gifted influencers' social accounts across social platforms.
Assist in performance recap reports for each campaign including benchmarks that measure program success.
Nurture influencer relationships and regularly identify and develop new relationships within the digital influencer community (content creators, platforms, agencies, managers, etc.)
Monitor daily community management for American Girl social accounts and react to trends in real time to build brand presence and drive consumer engagement.
Assists in TikTok pre-production needs and content creation.
Supports in organic social posting and reporting.
3 years professional experience in influencer, social or brand partnerships experience.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Experience with paid influencer/celebrity programs either at an influencer, PR, or talent agency or in-house at a brand.
Digital experts - Someone who is incredibly digitally savvy, creative, and knowledgeable about who and what is trending in the digital and influencer space. Someone who loves influencer marketing and is on all the social platforms (YouTube, Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Strong knowledge of the various influencer segments (nano, micro, mid-tier, macro, mega) and an established network of agents and managers
Someone who is exceptionally organized and able to speak to both internal and external team.
Team player, but self-motivated/self-starter that is able to work independently.
Great communication skills (written and verbal) and able to liaise internally across partners and externally with vendors and influencers.
Detail-oriented and able to balance multiple projects at once.
Experience with database management and programs such as Excel, CreatorIQ if possible (list development, tracking, reporting)'
