The Worldwide Channel Strategy and Operations Team provides operational support to our Channel Branded Programs through Preservation, Technology, Installation and

Supply expertise.

We're looking for a Systems Project Manager based in Cupertino. This role will be responsible for maintaining and developing systems and tools used by field staff worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross functional systems-oriented projects of various sizes from the analysis stage through implementation and post go live maintenance.

This position requires an organized self-starter who is comfortable working independently and among teams in a complex and fast changing environment.

They must be comfortable taking an active role to drive tactical and strategic changes.

 

Key Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience.

• Working knowledge of websites and HTML coding.

• Strong operations background.

• Excellent planning and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment and ability to react efficiently to changes in schedules or direction.

• Ability to approach improvement opportunities with flexibility and willingness to seek multiple solutions.

• Passion for quality and attention to detail.

 

Description

• Successfully support the development of multiple concurrent systems-oriented projects.

• Liaise with internal business partners and external vendors to support system related issues and manage resource planning.

• Lead regular meetings with development teams and report back to cross functional groups on expected delivery dates.

• Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting for several key systems. Be responsible for raising and tracking tickets until issues are resolved.

• Identify business process opportunities to drive automation in the CSO reporting space. This would involve proposing solutions, collaborating with cross functional teams, submitting concepts to management for prioritization, documenting requirements and implementing UATs.

• Acknowledge system flaws and provide creative solutions for optimum user experience.

• Ongoing maintenance of the various system tools.

• Develop BRD for all major system changes.

• Responsible for user trainings and updating user guide documentation.

 

Education

BS/BA degree required or equivalent experience.
