The Health and Research Products team supports development of tools and programs that support groundbreaking health research studies. The team is looking for a resourceful Project Manager to support the programs and initiatives that support the global research and care community. Responsibilities would primarily include applicant management, device distribution and logistic readiness, forecast and planning, and analysis and reporting. Preferred candidate is a strategic problem solver, meticulous and highly organized in their work, and passionate about enabling innovative health research around the world.

 

Key Qualifications

•             3~~@~~ years of experience in a project/program manager role with a preferred background in health research, clinical research, and/or product management

•             Strategic critical thinking and problem-solving skill capabilities

•             Strong attention to detail with multitasking and prioritization abilities

 

Description

The Health Research Project Manager will provide support for the Investigator Support Program. You will be responsible for application tracking and management, device distribution and operations, applicant follow-up, analysis and reporting. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to build sustainable processes to scale and support the program internationally. You may also contribute to planning meetings and events related to the program.

 

General responsibilities:

•             Support day-to-day management and operations of research program(s)

•             Prepare metrics/status reports independently and collaboratively

•             Support development of new processes to scale and sustain program(s)

 

Education

•             BS/BA and 3~~@~~ years of relevant experience
