Directly execute and own a broad range of components of our GTM marketing field plans focused on digital demand including webinars, virtual workshops, and events.
Project manage the end-to-end digital program process in conjunction with the GTM marketing team.
Support field marketers in executing a mix of programs to support regional demand generation activities - nationally and in region.
Collaborate to build ongoing marketing plans, create budget requests, and update the weekly Marketing planning documents Work with the NetSec GTM Campaign managers and the NetSec field marketing team to ensure programs are on track and on time Research and propose sponsorship opportunities across and in region for execution and help create net new programs to leverage in the field.
Build and monitor the backend automation of landing pages, emails, webinars, segmentation, nurture programs, utm parameters, events, reporting, workflows, and digital programs.
Forecast, measure and analyze and report on the impact of campaign demand generation activities on funnel optimization, sales pipeline, revenue and conversion targets against the agreed pipeline goals and campaign strategy.
Own the creation of our weekly marketing GTM newsletter, working closely with the team to collect key program details to highlight to our sales teams Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic field marketing organization that partners directly with sales Handle event follow up activities such as lead upload, thank you emails and ensuring everything is tagged properly to the associated campaigns within Salesforce.
Assist with Salesforce reporting to demonstrate campaign and event performance Bring a data-driven approach with an eye on process optimization and change management
5~~@~~ years marketing experience in an IT, high tech, business to business, marketing environment, preferably with an understanding of security
Experience delivering webinar and virtual event programs including working knowledge of SFDC, Marketo, ON24 and other Martech tools - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities and last minute changes Understanding of modern marketing and digital programs mechanics, testing strategies, demand waterfall processes and metrics and campaign influence Proven ability to execute, day in and day out in an agile scrum marketing environment, at an incredibly high level against consistent results Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with proven ability to project manage multiple projects at once and keep the team informed of status Demonstrated ability to develop and write campaign program plans and assets to leverage in promotional outreach.
