Working closely with the Global Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Marketing Operations peers, the Marketing Automation Manager will build, optimize and run marketing automation programs and projects, including lead flow and data quality initiatives.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Work with our Integrated Marketing team to develop marketing automation strategies to support lead and opportunity goals, including continually modifying and adjusting those strategies based on results
- Implement and optimize campaign tracking to measure campaign effectiveness on new and existing marketing programs
- Oversee the marketing database and segmentation strategy and ensure data quality
- Standardize and optimize marketing automation processes and QA procedures to ensure successful delivery of campaigns
- Document processes and communicate improvements to increase the marketing team's ability to deliver marketing programs efficiently
