Required :

• 1-2+ years sales experience preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare or consumer product related field. 

• Passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.

• Working knowledge of MS Office.

• Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.

• Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.

• Problem solving/time management skills.

• Ability to handle complaints respectfully and professionally

• Self-motivated and resilient with a desire to advance career in medical device industry.

• Experience working with social media customer service - online chat, online ordering.

• Effective phone skills and active listening.

• High level of professionalism.

• Familiarity with maintaining a CRM.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

• Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures via inbound calls, emails, and fax.

• Manages a sales territory and quota closely aligned with outside sales team goals.

• Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customers regarding order status and product inquiries.

• Identifies, targets, and generates leads for the outside sales team.

• Manages and grows existing accounts by leveraging relationships (referrals) and identifies opportunities for adding other product lines and expanding usage of our products.

• Targets new potential clients (surgical facilities, hospitals, Ophthalmic clinics) via outbound sales calls.

• Generates quotes and cross references competitive products.

• Works closely with the Outside Sales Team for quota goals and territory performance.

• Develops a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner.

• Provides timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns.

• Maintains consistent contact and follow-up with all accounts in active pipeline. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
