Responsibilities:

         Online and In-person Training for All Enterprise Team Planning and Tracking Tools within Walmart.

         Direct involvement with various Teams based on assigned project across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure

         Detailed knowledge of JIRA in an eCommerce environment or direct retail experience

         Apply role model, servant-leader characteristics in all situations

         Create, Manage, Train and Track Hands On Enterprise Tools Training, including, but not limited to: -

         Work collaboratively with Key Stakeholders and Tools Development Team Members to develop project schedules and detailed project plans

-          Create and gain approval for Project Scope Statements, Cost Estimates, Resource Plans, Risk and Issues Logs and Status Reports

-          Tailor training and project management development and support processes to meet the needs of Teams/Individuals (new and/on ongoing)

-          Develop training approach, communicate and manage the day-to-day activities of training projects

         Incorporate learning activities to reinforce desired learning outcomes through varied approaches to engage varied learning styles (e.g. visual, tactile, interactive, kinaesthetic, etc.)

         Provide ongoing training project plan/status reporting for use by teams, managers and management

         Communicate trade-offs and risks to assist in and drive key decisions across training projects

         Make recommendations to Management regarding schedules, prioritization and resource allocation -Provide input into tools training strategy and asset (ppt presentations, scripts, etc.)

         creation processes -Manage resource planning and organizational capacity planning for tools training

         Train Project Team Members on Software Development Tools Processes and Best Practices

         Help Teams understand best practice to manage up to 3 Scrum Teams of 5 to 7 Team Members each

         Work with Senior Engineering as well as Managers on training plan

         Maintain an 80% Approval Rating on Training Delivery and Execution Minimum Qualifications: *Agile Lifecycle Expertise - preferably Coaching/Mentoring New/Mature Agile Teams *Experience facilitating training with large and diverse groups of learners via different modalities (online, face to face, mixed, self-paced)
