Cyber Security Support Technician

Our client is ready to hire a contractor that can help with end-user support for Security, Firewall, VPN issues, SSO, MFA configuration, Networking, Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Controls Systems

Primary responsibilities for this resource will be supporting an implementation of Firewalls and Switches at various sites. Knowledge of Firewall rules, protocols, ports, IP addressing, Subnetting, experience gathering device and network information to create accurate network diagrams, experience maintaining and updating Asset Inventory.

Will work with their Network team to identify where a user problem is and also work with their central team in Mexico so bilingual would be preferred.

Preferably someone that has good experience with Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables) as well; not a must but nice to have.
