We are looking for Windows Application Support Engineer candidates to take a look at a contract-to-hire role with a client in the Buffalo, NY area.  Qualified candidates would have the following experience:

Required Skills

•         Eight years of work experience with application server support engineering and/or administration in an enterprise environment

•         Experience with application support in a Windows Server 2016 & 2019 administration

•         Heavy experience in scripting for automation

•         Must have experience with creating rules within firewalls, with an understanding of how applications can be deployed through firewalls

•         Working knowledge of IP Networking including TCP/IP and DNS

•         In-depth Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience

•         Working knowledge in Build and CI/CD technologies

•         Experience with scripting/automation technologies

Preferred Skills

•         Experience with Ansible scripting, to include automation and writing Ansible playbooks

•         A mix of skills supporting applications in a Linux and Windows environment

•         Experience in finance or banking

•         Bachelor's degree in technology-related field
