This Oracle Financial Solutions Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of financial applications and related operational performance.  This person will serve as a member of Corporate IT's business-facing team. 


Skill :


  • Develop requirements gathered directly from the business and translate into functional levels of detail
  • Guide solutions options and business partner decision making to minimize the amount of project investment divergence from target architecture
  • Collaborate on designing solutions for end-user adoption and productivity improvement and identify the requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end user's perspective
  • Influence business partner decision-making to optimize requirements prioritization
  • Build long-term relationships between multiple business partners to drive engagement in IT strategy
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT
  • Understand business process complexity
  • Manage ticketing items such as system access, employee exist, and ticket completion in addition to managing escalated items from service desk


Experience : 


  • 3-5 years prior business systems analyst experience supporting financial applications
  • 3 years experience using Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management and Oracle Cloud Financials
  • 3-5 years business process design experience, focusing on process improvement
  • Smart View data retrieval experience (Excel4Apps/Noetix highly preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Software-as-a-Service lifecycles to include production support, patching/upgrades, and  enhancements
  • Experience working through an Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials) deployment highly preferred
  • Consulting background highly preferred
