Skills (must have):- Native/Fluent in Quebec French and English this is a pre-requisite for the role- Advance communication skills ability to communicate with customers/suppliers- Ability to work with minimum supervision, using own initiative- Good Excel skills- Ability to interpret customer/supplier communication and explain/discuss arising issues/questions from customers/suppliers- Must not be shy to speak on the phone and ask questions or lead dialog with customers/vendors - this is a pre-requisite for the role
Part of the Global Finance Integration team working with minimum supervision, using own initiative
Understand integration-related communication content sent to customers and suppliers
Track and log daily customer/supplier responses and queries.
Contact daily customer/supplier to obtain acknowledgment of communications (at minimum 40 phone calls a day).
Seek to obtain current contact details for customers/suppliers.
Respond daily to customer/supplier queries and consult internally were required to provide accurate responses (e.g. with the finance team, legal teams etc.)
