Our top client in Grapevine, Texas is looking for a Contract to Hire or Direct Hire for an EDI Developer must have strong experience with EDI 834 benefits

Contract to hire role 6+M or Direct hire 


Title: EDI Developer

Location: Grapevine, TX 

Duration: 6 months C2H or Direct Hire

Description: 

  • The EDI Integration Developer is directly responsible  for helping meet and exceed outbound information exchange with clients, vendors, carriers' expectations by                 supporting consumers on our best-in-class benefit software and services. 
  • The EDI  Integration Developer is accountable for outbound data tracking and reporting. 
  • Responsible for the quality and satisfaction of a client regarding data exchanges for both renewal and new customers.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead Key meetings including status meetings, and other meetings during the implementation process with clients
  • Manage timelines with other implementation staff and clients around outbound data requests
  • Manage client expectations, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks while escalating when appropriate
  • Manage project communication and governance by reporting a clear, consistent and accurate status reporting on a regular basis for client and internal team leaders and peers
  • Export of vendor files as required
  • Research/Resolution
  • Documentation around Payroll /EDI Files as needed
  • Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere

 

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:  Must have current or previous experience with EDI 834 benefits / implementation processes and methods

  •  5+ years of relationship, consulting and implementation experience
  • EDI mapping using Gentran, sterling integrator, GIS or TLE
  • Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel 
  • High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness
